Based on the visual inspection of the readily accessible areas and functioning systems, structural component information included in a Bastian Home Inspection report include:

Bastian Home Inspection will provide a Report within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) of the initial inspection.

The Report is intended to disclose major defects that essentially is a professional “opinion or snapshot" of the house as of the date of inspection.
